About Rosy Teter
Rosy Teter has owned Teter’s Creations since 2009. She was born in Mexico and has over ten years of professional experience in the Quality Control industry, where she perfected her attention to detail. When she got married and had kids, she decided to combine her passion for quality and love of design – and thus, Teter’s Creations was born.
When she’s not using her fanatical attention to detail on behalf of her clients, Rosy can be found homeschooling her two kids or educating herself on new products, the latest technology, and new trends to inform her customers on the latest updates.
She completed her window coverings education at the Custom Home Furnishings Academy in North Carolina and has served the Houston area for over a decade. She and her husband, Chris, love spending time with their kids and don’t miss a single swim meet or football game. They enjoy spending time with family, hiking, camping, and outdoor activities.
Chris and Rosy are also part of their church’s children’s ministry. They teach AWANA on Sundays and help with the Children’s Camp annually.

Owned and operated by Rosy Teter, Teter’s Creations works with clients to bring their loosely structured dreams come true. Rosy consults with clients one-on-one, evaluating current and/or desired space aesthetics (from paint colors to furnishings to architecture) before constructing window treatments, upholstery, and throw pillows that tie spaces together.
